I found the conditions for living to be good, the quality was nice and the price was reasonable.

We follow the Defamation (Operators of Websites) Regulations 2013: within 48 hours (not counting weekends and bank holidays) we send your complaint to the person who wrote the review and tell you we have done so. They have until midnight at the end of the 5th day to answer. If they don’t answer, or agree to remove it, we remove the review.
