It's ok, but too expensive

I had a small fridge in the flat. There was a bad smell of wet. The space was small and the stairs were inconvenient. I also didn't like that my exit led to the driveway, which I thought was unsafe. The landlord raised the rent highly every year. On the plus side, the location and neighbourhood were good.
